Order Process for Medal Displays

This process only applies to the personalized medal displays at this time. 

  1. Proof Approval: Typically within 48 hours of placing your order, we will email you a proof for your review and approval.

  2. Production and Shipping: Once you approve the proof, your personalized item will be created and shipped within 3-5 business days.

Terms of Service

  1. Service Description: We offer print-on-demand products through a third-party supplier. All items are custom-made and produced upon order.

  2. Order Process

    1. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Return Policy.

    2. Orders are final once submitted and cannot be cancelled or modified after production has begun.

  3. Product Information

    1. We strive to display accurate product information, including images and descriptions.

    2. Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, slight variations in color, size, or print quality may occur.

  4. Pricing and Payment

    1. All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

    2. Payment is processed at the time of order placement.

  5. Shipping and Delivery

    1. Estimated production and shipping times will be provided at checkout.

    2. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

  6. Intellectual Property

    1. By submitting designs or images for printing, you confirm that you have the right to use them.

    2. We reserve the right to refuse orders that may violate copyright or other laws.

  7. Limitation of Liability

    1. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

    2. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Return and Refund Policy

  1. Return Eligibility

    1. Personalized items: Each item is carefully made to meet your unique specifications, making every piece truly one-of-a-kind.

      • Due to the custom nature of our products, all personalized items are non-returnable and we cannot offer refunds.

      • However, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction.

      • If your custom item arrives with quality issues, we are happy to rework it to meet your expectations.

      • Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to report any issues.

    2. Other items: We accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed items within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Return Process

    1. To initiate a return, contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving your order.

    2. Provide order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem.

    3. We will respond to your return request within 2 business days.

  3. Refunds

    1. Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of approving the return.

    2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

    3. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  4. Exchanges

    1. We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed items.

    2. Replacement items will be shipped at our expense.

  5. Return Shipping

    1. For eligible returns, we will provide a prepaid return label or cover return shipping costs.

    2. Please use the provided return label or method to send the item back.

  6. Non-Returnable Items

    1. Custom-designed or personalized items cannot be returned.

    2. Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return.

  7. Quality Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item, we will replace it or provide a full refund at our discretion.
